CAREERS AT DURALOGIC

DuraLogic is a small IT consulting firm, that specializes in IT Support and Managed Services for small businesses in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota and the surrounding suburbs.  DuraLogic provides secure network installation, administration and support for small businesses that do not have IT staff.

A DuraLogic Tech will be a local, experienced Microsoft network engineer, with a strong background in Windows server administration and desktop support.  An initial tech will be full-time as a Tier 2 phone support / junior field technician during normal business hours (work from home), with a goal of growing into a senior field technician (for higher pay).  The technician must live in the Twins Cities metro area.

All technicians should have a solid understanding of the following, but DuraLogic is willing to train technicians in new areas if the technician is already capable in a majority of these items in their work experience:  Windows Server, Exchange Server, ActiveSync, Small Business Server, Terminal Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, Backup Exec, Disk-Imaging, Disaster Recovery, RAID, Malware Protection and Removal, Firewalls, Dreamweaver and Drupal, Hyper-V / VMware.

All DuraLogic Technicians will be able to easily assemble and repair PC’s and Servers, and be able to load and configure operating systems and application software for end users.  Technician will be well spoken and articulate, and be able to work independently without supervision.

The work at DuraLogic is fast paced and challenging.  When the position progresses to a senior field technician, the tech will receive a pay increase, travel to multiple local clients per day, and will work occasional long hours when necessary.
